More reasons to choose Humana:

- No annual deductible
- $10,000 annual maximum (excludes orthodontics)
- No annual maximum for orthodontics

No referrals, no hassles
You can go to any Federal Advantage network dentist or specialist at any time. If you ever have a complicated dental need, you can go to a participating network Federal Advantage specialist without a referral or special approval.
