Going Green
As part of a Going Green initiative to the Federal employees, Humana will not be mailing a full 2012 plan brochure to each plan subscriber this year.
Currently, you can view and print the 2011 plan brochure online by clicking the following. (Please note, the 2012 plan brochure will be available in early October).

Within the feds.humana website, you can also search for participating providers and learn more about your prescription drug plan.
In addition, you can view and print the full plan brochure by going to the OPM Open Season Website.
If you would prefer to have a hard copy plan brochure mailed to you, please contact the customer service number on the back of your ID card, or call the Open Season hotline at 1-888-393-6765.
